WARNING...Food Porn Ahead -- Rated XXX (made you look...heehee)

So, today I decided to make quick pizzas at home for dinner after working all day.  I used a whole wheat Boboli crust to save time and then topped it with my favorite pizza sauce and a variety of toppings ("his and hers").  They turned out delicious.  This weekend I may just experiment with making my own crust from scratch....I made my own many years ago and loved it.  For Christmas I received a new pizza baking stone and I'm anxious to test it out with crust made from scratch....but for tonight, a work night, a Boboli crust suited me just fine!  Watch out Pizza Hut, Papa John's and Mellow Mushroom....Momma's in the house!  :-)

It all started with this...they are great for a quick home made pizza

This is my absolute favorite pizza sauce
He had pepperoni, artichoke and Kalamata olive pizza...
I had green pepper, onion and mushroom pizza
This is his
His again...
And his one more time with his beverage of choice
This one is mine!
Yes...mine again!
Dessert was a couple squares of antioxidants...a surprise just for me!!!
After dinner, an espresso and latte...courtesy of my wonderful son (he really is awesome) -- he bought us this espresso machine and milk frother for Christmas -- I love it!  Home made espressos, lattes, cappucinos...it doesn't get much better than this!  Aren't the little pods that go in it so cute and colorful?  Watch out Starbucks....I don't think we will be needing you any more!

***Disclaimer:  No human was hurt or overfed during this meal.  One half or more of each pizza was saved for another meal.  In other words, in case you were wondering, 2 people did not consume 2 pizzas for dinner!

Gourmet Girl......I love your Wheat Belly Recipes and am scanning ingredients under your wheat, gluten free section but find there are recipes like this one. It looks like some recipes with wheat are in this section. Help.

Hi! Thanks -- that recipe was posted back in January when I started my food blog -- BEFORE starting Wheat Belly -- on the right side of my blog, you will see where I noted that the recipes are wheat/grain free "beginning on July 10, 2012" -- so items posted beforehand are not necessarily WB safe. Also on the right side of my blog, below my welcome -- you will see that I provided a link that is "Wheat/Grain/Gluten Free" -- if you click there it will take you specifically to the WB compliant recipes -- or if you use the "blog archives" on the right side below where recipes are categorized by the month they are posted -- July 10th 2012 is where they begin -- from there forward. This blog reflects what I made both before and since beginning WB. Hope that helps! Thanks!

P.S. -- I wanted to mention that my blog is not a specific "WB Blog" -- it is a reflection of the foods/recipes that I make -- I have been following WB since July 10, 2012 -- therefore my recipes posted since then reflect and are WB compliant. As you can see, my recipes before July 10th do not because I was not following WB before that date. This blog is an accurate reflection of the foods I cook and eat which have been WB compliant for the past 5 months. Thanks!
