Friday Night's Simple Grilled Chicken and Roasted Asparagus

TGIF and Happy Friday!  This evening I made a super quick dinner and we were actually sitting down to eat less than an hour after I walked in the door.  The dinner itself only took about 30 minutes to actually prepare and cook.  I pounded boneless chicken breasts to even out their thickness a bit (and to get rid of some aggression by beating them into submission...LOL), sprayed them with a little olive oil and then sprinkled both sides with one of Penzeys Spices' seasoning blends called "Northwoods Fire" before grilling them.  The seasoning is a blend of salt, chipotle pepper, Hungarian paprika, garlic, rosemary, thyme, black pepper and cayenne.  It isn't overly spicy, but just a touch.  I oven roasted the fresh asparagus after tossing it with some olive oil, sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.  After the asparagus was done cooking, I turned off the oven and slid a few little slices of the herbed cheesy baguette bread into the oven to heat and then lightly buttered them.  It was a delicious, fresh, quick and easy dinner for a Friday night.  I took a couple of pics to share below.  Enjoy!

Voila!
BOOM!
