Hi GGC,

What a beautiful and charming photo Christmas greeting! Your little cutie, Spike, takes the cake ... the wheat-free, grain-free, sugar-free cake, that is. :-)

All the best to you and yours in the coming year!

Hi CyberSis -- Thank you! Spike really loves Christmas, too...he thinks all gifts are his! Best wishes to you and yours for a happy and healthy 2014 :-)

GG, enjoyed you Christmas photos and Spike is cute as ever!
May I ask who that is on the Christmas ball? Curious minds need to know! Barbara.

Hi Barbara...thank you. That is my Mom and youngest son (a picture of them when he graduated from college). :-)

Hi GGC, I just found your site a few days ago after I started learning about Wheat Belly. I appreciate your photos and recipes...very inspiring. I think I've pinned nearly every one!

So to get started on wheat belly, yesterday I made almond flour & milk, and today I'm making coconut flour so I can try your seedy power bars and magic cookie bars. We're also having your shepherd's pie for dinner, and if I have time, I'll make the zucchini cheddar patties.

I decided to comment on this post to introduce myself and say what pretty Christmas pictures you posted, especially the Creche. And to thank you for your posts. I look forward to seeing what being wheat-free looks like healthwise for my family. Have a wonderful new year.

Thanks so much, Linda! Welcome aboard -- I hope you will find Wheat Belly as eye-opening and as helpful as I found it. I am 1-1/2 years in and have never considered turning back. I can not say that about any other plan I have ever tried or followed. Thanks for the kind words. I hope you find some recipes you like. Wow...you are starting with a bang -- sounds like you are ready! If you have any questions, please feel free to ask! I wish you and your family a very happy and HEALTHY new year! :-)
