Chicken & Broccoli Stir-Fry - Low Carb "Real Food"

This evening I made Chicken & Broccoli Stir-Fry for dinner since it was just youngest son eating with us and his 2 favorite foods just happen to be chicken and broccoli! Hubby and son ate theirs over rice and I ate mine as is and topped it with a few roasted peanuts. It was delicious and so simple to make. It's been an extremely rainy week and weekend, so it was nice when late this evening the sun popped out for about an hour. I took advantage of the sun and stepped out and snapped a few photos of some flowers in the yard. If you'd like the basic recipe for my stir-fry, particularly the sauce part (it can be used for just about any type of beef, chicken or shrimp and veggie stir-fry), click on this link here: Quick & Easy Stir-Fry. Enjoy!

Has it ever been a rainy month. I poured about 5 inches out of out=r rain gauge fro a 3 day period. We are about 45 miles north of Atlanta.

This looks wonderful.

Hi GGC,

Gorgeous ... both the stir-fry and the flowers! Still waiting for spring to pop out around here. Rainy this week and a possibility of Snow Flurries mid-week. Trees are virtually leaf-less. So far I've seen crocuses and a few daffodils venture out. We do have green grass, though. :-)

Hi Charlotte,

Wow...5 inches is a lot. We've had so much rain that for the first time in 12 years at this house, our backyard is beginning to flood in the low spots and we've got people working on fixing it. It's crazy! :-)

Hi CyberSis,

Thanks. Wow...SNOW flurries? We had tornado warnings and hail in the Atlanta area today...and unfortunately MORE rain. Our yard can't hold any more water!

Have no fear...your spring will soon be here! I just want it to stop raining! :-)
