Just a pointer that i use when making these kind of crackers is to roll little balls of dough that I then press between two sheets of parchment paper in my tortilla press. Gives me perfect uniform circles and the right thickness!Manny.Enoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2285523888432056855.post-75320639511149360392014-09-23T16:39:20.872-04:002014-09-23T16:39:20.872-04:00Thanks so much jnharsanyi. Not everyone likes spicy or always wants spicy, so you can even leave that out if you like. I'm sure it goes together much more quickly in the food processor too. So happy you and your husband enjoyed both the crackers and the soup. Thanks so much for letting me know. :-)Gourmet Girl Cookshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01316245779890747698noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2285523888432056855.post-86510106205890828352014-09-23T14:25:06.152-04:002014-09-23T14:25:06.152-04:00Wow are these good! I think I like the more obvious bite of the onion powder than the chipotle, of course I used the lower end of the chipotle measure so that probably explains it. These are really good with your soup, and my husband likes them with deli meat and cheese. And I must admit to using the food processor for the whole recipe, which turned out great. This one goes into my file next to the tomato soup. Thanks for a great recipe!jnharsanyihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02981202903997263412noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2285523888432056855.post-79109704216534665202014-09-08T18:23:07.094-04:002014-09-08T18:23:07.094-04:00I have a rimmed jelly roll pan I use for my baking...I have a rimmed jelly roll pan I use for my baking sheet.... might be easiest to roll IN the pan.... what size of baking sheet did you use?NanetteChttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04547854652210123831noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2285523888432056855.post-11097468211792680002014-09-07T23:27:45.569-04:002014-09-07T23:27:45.569-04:00Hi Màrcelle,

They are best the first day or 2. If they get slightly stale, you can pop them back into the oven at 300 degrees for a little while to re-crisp. Hope that helps! :-) Gourmet Girl Cookshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10741830600608488811noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2285523888432056855.post-52082628945684774102014-09-07T21:58:44.643-04:002014-09-07T21:58:44.643-04:00How long do you store these for before they go sta...How long do you store these for before they go stale?Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01235636352739971773noreply@blogger.com
