To ensure it's "gooey" enough for you, you might want to add 1 to 2 tablespoons of sugar free maple syrup to my filling. Here it is:

http://www.gourmetgirlcooks.com/2013/06/pecan-tassies-mini-pecan-tarts.htmlGourmet Girl Cookshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01316245779890747698noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2285523888432056855.post-27525719894507233682015-03-06T20:45:00.402-05:002015-03-06T20:45:00.402-05:00Dear GG...please make these tassies into a wheatbe...Dear GG...please make these tassies into a wheatbelly version. Of course, this was before I started just following your recipes...remember, I am the one that says "if you don't make it, we don't eat it".Evehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14957203116764579706noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2285523888432056855.post-30140795919149024022014-11-16T15:59:20.113-05:002014-11-16T15:59:20.113-05:00Hmmm. For a low carb version, you could use the crust from your Chocolate-Cranberry Pecan Tartlets, use 3/4 cup of the granulated sweetener of your choice with a teaspoon of molassas, and to substitute for the maple syrup, a couple of drops of maple flavoring. Not sure what to do to replace the liquid from the maple syrup...Maybe 1/4 c. DaVinci syrup like Caramel or Vanilla flavor.
Mariannenoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2285523888432056855.post-7323287394750463632013-01-05T20:51:54.789-05:002013-01-05T20:51:54.789-05:00The steak, chicken and asparagus work on Wheat Bel...The steak, chicken and asparagus work on Wheat Belly. Is it the pecan tassies you want me to revise for Wheat Belly? I have been planning to work on something like that -- let me know if that's what you are referring to -- "pecan tassies"? Thanks! :-)Gourmet Girl Cookshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10741830600608488811noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2285523888432056855.post-21731393674298248682013-01-05T18:10:57.129-05:002013-01-05T18:10:57.129-05:00Could you please revise this so that it would work...Could you please revise this so that it would work on Wheat Belly?
