I do the same thing myself (as a matter of fact if my son had been eating with us, I would have had to add breast pieces in as well). 😄Gourmet Girl Cookshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10741830600608488811noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2285523888432056855.post-58835451644429219882018-04-25T22:42:16.032-04:002018-04-25T22:42:16.032-04:00I hope you enjoy your custom version. That’s the great thing about cooking your own meals, you can use the basic idea and substitute your own personal favorites. 😀Gourmet Girl Cookshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10741830600608488811noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2285523888432056855.post-58101763110873686522018-04-25T11:50:07.477-04:002018-04-25T11:50:07.477-04:00This looks absolutely delicious. Our son doesn't care for thighs, so will mix in some breast pieces for him.

As my husband has to watch his salt intake, the feta will be substituted also. I don't like to be changing a recipe so much because then it isn't the original recipe any more. Thank You for sharing with us.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2285523888432056855.post-73455565506003011022018-04-24T22:33:48.558-04:002018-04-24T22:33:48.558-04:00Wow - this one looks pretty amazing. I'm thinking that there must be a way to get sweetness out of regular onions since I don't have sweet ones and then I'll use cotija instead of feta since I have that on hand for Mexican. Thanks for the great springboard idea!!!
Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09042870663590821997noreply@blogger.com
