It was simple, quickly put together, and most importantly, delicious! I'll be spreading the word about you on the K a to community as everyone should make this pizza crust that is doing low carb. I'm especially looking forward to sharing this with my sister and diabetic niece, they both have celiac and will love this crust. PS I was raised in an Italian restaurant and pizza was our speciality. I have high expectations and you more than reached them. Delicious!
I read where it is messy trying to spread out the dough on the parchment paper and one of the tips was to add olive oil to top and then spread with a spatula. Another tip that I use is to use another piece of parchment paper and place on top of your mound of dough and spread to the desired thickness. It works great with no mess! If you buy an 8-ounce bag of shredded mozzarella (Sargento, Kraft, etc.) the package says 8 ounces (weight) but usually written on the front of the bag it will say "2 cups".Gourmet Girl Cookshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10741830600608488811noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2285523888432056855.post-50455651313560154742016-08-25T21:28:43.315-04:002016-08-25T21:28:43.315-04:00Im making crust as we type but it says 8 0z of che...Im making crust as we type but it says 8 0z of cheese and then it says 2 cups......8 0z is one cup........which do i use......thank!
Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07637062154504031246noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2285523888432056855.post-4701666955858552852016-08-20T23:34:40.702-04:002016-08-20T23:34:40.702-04:00Hi Anonymous,

I like to run my pizza under the broiler briefly as well to just begin to brown the toppings. You are right, it is very easy to burn any baked good with almond flour and a few minutes can make a big difference between golden and burned. I'm glad you are enjoying putting your own spin on it...that's the best part about cooking; the joy of experimenting to make a recipe perfect for you!
