It does not measure at all like almond flour -- I've never tried using it in this recipe before. You could always give it a try to see how the dough turns out. Let me know if you test it out. :-)Gourmet Girl Cookshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10741830600608488811noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2285523888432056855.post-30876322477361033902014-03-07T01:21:12.469-05:002014-03-07T01:21:12.469-05:00Could you use coconut flour instead of almond? Hope that helps! :-) Gourmet Girl Cookshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10741830600608488811noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2285523888432056855.post-22316506708017980612014-03-06T14:22:43.949-05:002014-03-06T14:22:43.949-05:00Any idea what the nutritional info is on a serving...Any idea what the nutritional info is on a serving? sure looks great!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2285523888432056855.post-13578424332867376722012-11-01T13:52:24.354-04:002012-11-01T13:52:24.354-04:00Ally -- so glad you enjoyed it. I had to add some psyllium husk to get the dough to behave and I had an incident with the cinnamon effectively trippling the amount - still, this was a lovely treat for the whole family!
Hope you had a great halloween, thanks again! allynoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2285523888432056855.post-16479555426747935162012-10-30T18:59:05.601-04:002012-10-30T18:59:05.601-04:00Hi Ally -- the oil (coconut oil should be melted/l...Hi Ally -- the oil (coconut oil should be melted/liquid). The dough is a little tricky to work with -- a bit softer than the "all flax" dough I make for pizza crusts and the baguette bread -- you can add additional almond flour or flax if you need to thicken it up a little bit more. Hope you enjoy it! I am desperately searching for recipes to convert the kids and husband. I have one silly question about the coconut oil. Are you adding this in liquid form, solid form or does it matter?
allyhttp://www.etsy.com/shop/darziyaranoreply@blogger.com
