That's what I would try first. Let me know how it turns out if you try the flax version. :-)Gourmet Girl Cookshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10741830600608488811noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2285523888432056855.post-31640034630739538622014-07-01T21:04:50.577-04:002014-07-01T21:04:50.577-04:00I don't have chia seeds. I used to enjoy raisin bread back in the day and haven't had it in many years. Oh and thank you for the tip on using the toaster oven.

Thanks again for your experimentation and hard work in coming up with delicious recipes for those of us who aren't as talented as you in designing recipes.Pegnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2285523888432056855.post-43921106600363781352014-07-01T19:40:36.810-04:002014-07-01T19:40:36.810-04:00It looks mighty yummy! It looks mighty yummy!Linda @ Fit Fed and Happyhttp://thefitty.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2285523888432056855.post-75823163341118291552014-07-01T19:32:53.855-04:002014-07-01T19:32:53.855-04:00Hi Betty,

My toaster allows me to lift the bread up about an inch sticking out to remove easily. Grain free breads are a bit more soft/fragile than bread that is made with yeast...so if you have a toaster oven, I'd probably use that. :-)Gourmet Girl Cookshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10741830600608488811noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2285523888432056855.post-53487714080635294312014-07-01T19:06:05.146-04:002014-07-01T19:06:05.146-04:00This sounds like what I need for breakfast tomorro...This sounds like what I need for breakfast tomorrow!! Could I ask how you toast slices of the bread--in a toaster, the broiler, or a toaster oven? My bread slices don't seem to toast evenly.Betty Annenoreply@blogger.com
