Good Morning, Atlanta! Cranberry Lemon Macaroon Muffins...with hot coffee served in a seasonally appropriate mug, of course. It's 12 degrees this morning but I am not complaining today...I am thankful that I am home, warm and safe unlike many of my other fellow Atlantans, some of whom are still trying to get home from YESTERDAY! Be safe!
These are the ramblings of a self-described wheat, grain and gluten-free “gourmet girl” that loves to cook and eat good food. I love creating and sharing recipes and photographing “beautiful food”. In July 2012, I eliminated wheat, grains and added sugar from my diet and rediscovered real, whole fresh foods again and effortlessly lost 65+ pounds. Join me in my wheat, grain and gluten-free journey. See how easy it is to enjoy grain free gourmet, one meal at a time! Welcome to my blog. Enjoy!

Hi GGC,
So glad to hear that you're snug-as-a-bug-in-a-rug! :-) We saw unbelievable news coverage of your weather/road situation. How miserable for those poor folks who were stranded! Unimaginable!
Love your pix ... but hope you won't get too many more of those kinds of "photo ops"!
Hi CyberSis -- Thanks. I have never seen anything like the mess we just experienced here. While I have seen a lot more snow when living up north...I have never seen such a messy situation result from it. As horrible as it was, fortunately most ultimately ended up safe in the end and for that we were truly blessed.
