TGIF -- The week is finally over!  This evening I made Hungarian Style Chicken Paprikash -- and it was delicious!  When I made it back in September, I served it over zucchini noodles.  This evening I served it over julienned yellow summer squash noodles instead.  I liked those even better than the zucchini noodles with the paprikash.  I made it a little spicier this time too by adding some hot Hungarian paprika along with the sweet paprika and cayenne.  I've attached a couple of photos below.  Since I've posted this recipe before, I will include a link that takes you back to the post with the recipe.
