I pick up a couple dozen eggs every couple weeks -- organic and cage free ($7.69)
I use this in my Spinach-Feta Pie -- it typically makes about 3 pies with this container
They still have Kerrygold butter...there are 3 bricks in there
They carry a lot of organic products, including olive oil
Here is their organic tomato paste, diced tomatoes and tomato sauce
Love seeing your Costco favorites! I also love the fact that Costco carries organic goods. I remember when that was not so. I think I need to go there on a more regular schedule. My Costco is only 15 minutes away.
Hi Kath -- thanks. I notice that they are carrying more and more organic as time goes by. I guess there is more demand for it now. I am happy to see it though, too. Glad you enjoy my Costco finds! :-)
I am loving costco lately...just this weekend I noticed mine has Honeyville Almond Flour! Fingers crossed for some Xylitol.
Thanks for sharing GG!- ally
Hi Ally -- how lucky you are that your Costco carries Honeyville Almond Flour!!! Another person from the west coast told me that she has seen it also. Mine does not have it yet, but I will be SO excited if it begins to carry it! How much are they charging for it -- do you remember? Mine has flax, chia, hemp, coconut oil, etc. -- so I'm hoping they will add Honeyville's almond flour, too -- then...my life would be complete! :-)
Thanks for posting these great finds! I'm still on a quest for the mini romaine lettuce you use for your taco cups. My Coscto (West coast) carries only the regular/larger size. We also shop on Friday for the same reason.
Hi Cindy -- isn't it funny how the Costco's carry different items sometimes? They are handy little heads of lettuce to have. I wonder if you could find them elsewhere in local grocery stores? Yes...Friday Costco shopping is much less hassle than Sat/Sun shopping is! :-)
