Lasagna Pie - Low Carb & Grain Free
Last night both of my sons came for dinner. I made my "Lasagna Pie", steamed broccoli and Garlic Rolls for dinner. I used browned hot Italian Chicken Sausage in the sauce this time instead of ground beef and Rao's Arrabbiata Sauce to make it a bit spicy. We enjoyed the leftovers for dinner again this evening. For the noodles, I use my grain-free tortillas and you can't tell the difference between them and regular noodles.
