I used a new pizza sauce that I picked up a while ago but hadn't tried yet until this evening; Muir Glen's Organic Pizza Sauce, and it was absolutely delicious. After baking my crust, I topped it with the pizza sauce, shredded mozzarella cheese and small pieces of fresh mozzarella cheese (Bel Gioioso), then added uncured Fiorucci pepperoni and the roasted tomatoes. It was honestly one of the best pizzas I've ever had...period. The combination of flavors of the delicious sauce, cheese, roasted tomatoes and pepperoni on top of a super yummy crust was the best.
