Sunday Night's Pan Seared Salmon & Roasted Asparagus

Today was a pretty day here -- it got up to around 70 degrees this afternoon and tomorrow is supposed to get up to 73, which is pretty warm for this time of year!   This evening, youngest son came over for dinner.  I just quickly pan seared some salmon filets and roasted asparagus in the oven.  I also made sour cream & chive biscuits to go with our meal.  They turned out good, but I won't post the recipe until I see if I can tweak them a bit to get a little more rise out of them first.  We all had a slice of cake for dessert.  I snapped a quick picture of our dinner below -- it was simple and nothing fancy, but it was good.  Enjoy!
