Greek Style Spinach-Feta Pie

Last night I made my Greek Style Spinach-Feta Pie for dinner. I'm enjoying a piece for lunch today along with a big glass of fresh lemonade. We will be having the leftovers again for dinner this evening. I snapped a few photos below as well as a link to the recipe here: Greek Style Spinach-Feta Pie. This is one of my favorites -- it has all the flavor of traditional Spanakopita without the wheat. Enjoy!
