One of my fellow Wheat Belly followers suggested that I put together a little cracker collection because he said he frequently refers people to my blog for cracker recipes. I put together a few of my favorites to make it easy to find them all in one place. These are great to use for dips, cheese and crackers, or simply a little snack to munch on. Crackers are so easy to make and are easily tweaked with spices, nut flours and cheeses to change them up and "make them your own". I hope you enjoy this little collection and are inspired to customize them for you and your family. Also, this is the time of year when humidity is higher in many places (like Atlanta), so be sure to store them tightly covered so they stay crisp. If for some reason they should lose their crispness, no worries...just spread them out on a baking sheet and pop them back in a low oven (300 degrees F or so) and re-crisp them for a few minutes.
