Omelets...It's what's for breakfast!
This morning I made delicious Spanish-style omelets for breakfast. They are filled with cooked red peppers, fresh garden tomatoes and red bell peppers...and have some cheddar cheese tossed in for good measure! Check it out below. Enjoy!
