Quick & Easy Asian Chicken Burgers

Tonight I made a quick dinner using some ground chicken breast that I had in the fridge. I made Asian Chicken Burgers topped with some fresh mushrooms sauteed with a splash of Tamari sauce. I also steamed fresh broccoli and diced red bell peppers and tossed them together with some butter. Hubby is having the leftover steak from last night's dinner. P.S....

Squawkie...youngest son's bird is back home living with me...AGAIN!!!  She's kind of like a bad penny that keeps turning up again.  I had forgotten how much I loved having my eardrums pierced and walking on bird seed all the time!  ;-)
