Tonight I made a quick dinner using some ground chicken breast that I had in the fridge. I made Asian Chicken Burgers
topped with some fresh mushrooms sauteed with a splash of Tamari sauce. I also steamed fresh broccoli and diced red bell peppers and tossed them together with some butter. Hubby is having the leftover steak from last night's dinner. I snapped a couple photos below for you to see. The link to the burger recipe is embedded in the 2nd sentence above. Enjoy!
|Squawkie...youngest son's bird is back home living with me...AGAIN!!! She's kind of like a bad penny that keeps turning up again. I had forgotten how much I loved having my eardrums pierced and walking on bird seed all the time! ;-)|
