Sunday Brunch at Home...

This morning we slept in and decided to eat brunch at home instead of go out for bagels.  I had picked up a "new" flavor of Egg Beaters (Florentine) yesterday while at Publix and decided to make us an omelet using them.  I sprinkled some shredded "triple cheddar" cheese in them and baked some buttermilk biscuits by the Immaculate Baking Co. (I actually thought they tasted more "from scratch" than Pillsbury's) and hash brown potatoes by Simply Potatoes.  It was a quick breakfast/brunch to throw together and really good too.  It only took about 20-25 minutes to make.  Of course we had it with our Coffee People Donut Shop coffee which is one of my favorite Keurig coffees.  I included a few pics of brunch below.  Enjoy!

Voila!
It wouldn't be breakfast without coffee!
P.S. -- I had the green plate (his blue plate was prettier)  ;-)
