Pizza -- Happy Valentine's Day!!!
Happy Valentine's Day!!! We are having heart shaped pepperoni and sun dried tomato pizzas and Green & Black's chocolate nut clusters for dessert. I made almond clusters using their 85% cacao chocolate bar and added some cacao nibs for this evening's treat! :-) Enjoy!

Thank you for your blog!! I read the WB book and started that day eliminating wheat and everything the good Dr recommended. Which left me with a meager collection of meals to make. You make so many easy to use meals, I'm so excited to start trying your recipes. I was especially happy to find the pizza crust recipe, pizza is a fav of mine and I was worried about not having it anymore.

Hi Paula -- Thanks so much for the kinds words -- I was determined to make the most of what I could eat rather than pine away for what I couldn't! And I have to say...so far, so good! I don't feel deprived, I've lost 53 pounds and life is good. I wish you tremendous success on your journey and hope you find some recipes you like! :-)
