This evening I was in the mood for my Greek Style Spinach-Feta Pie. I had a huge container of organic baby spinach that I needed to do something with as well as a big container of feta cheese...so I decided it would be a good night to make it. Youngest son also joined us for dinner tonight because he really loves spinach. We really enjoyed it and I love making it because it is so easy to make.
