Happy Sunday -- It's Brunch Time!
Happy Sunday! This morning, after sleeping in a bit, we got up and got our walk in. Although it is sunny out, there are ominous clouds in the distance and I think we are supposed to get rain some time later today. When we got back, I decided to make brunch since it was so late and I knew it would be our only meal until dinner time. I snapped a pic of our meal below -- I had a fried organic egg, uncured oven cooked bacon, fresh blueberries with a dollop of Greek yogurt (flavored with pure coconut extract and a touch of stevia) and a little Pecan Tassie for my "danish"...LOL. I had a cup of Island Coconut coffee with breakfast and now I am ready to seize the day! Breakfast without wheat is anything but boring! Enjoy!
