For dinner this evening, we had the leftover Chicken-Ratatouille Arrabbiata Orecchiette from last night's dinner. To spruce it up a bit I added a side salad and made a small loaf of Easy Cheesy Bread with some leftover Publix pizza dough. I still have enough leftovers for a few more meals.
