This evening I made dinner #3 with the rotisserie chickens we bought Saturday night. I made chicken salad sandwiches on Publix's White Mountain Bread (notice the dusting of flour on the top crust of the bread). Since hubby doesn't care for onions or celery in his chicken salad...the only thing I can put in them so that he'll eat it is diced pickles (Claussen Bread & Butter) and a little mayo. I served a couple of small dill pickles on the side as well. It was a delicious, cool and quick dinner. Our high here today was 92 degrees which is a lot better than it was this past weekend. Sometimes the simplest of things just taste the best! I snapped a couple of photos to share below. Enjoy!
