This evening I didn't have to cook because we have lots of leftover Grilled Zucchini Lasagna from last night's dinner. I even had it for lunch! Since I didn't get a photo of an actual serving of my lasagna last night (we ate it as soon as I cut it), I snapped a photo of this evening's leftover lasagna for you to see how it looks on your plate.
